As someone well into their tech career, I’ve seen dozens of my female colleagues leave for a number of reasons- from toxic workplaces and unequal pay, to having to choose between family and career. This article from Anitab.org shares insight into why nearly 50% of women leave tech by age 35 and it’s just one of hundreds about barriers women experience in tech fields.
